There is a three-night minimum, during peak season and stat holidays, There is a two night minimum all other periods, also an additional $150.00 cleaning fee attached for stays of less than five nights. Prices base on occupancy of four persons, additional persons @ $25 PP, children under fourteen free, Plus applicable taxes. All prices per night are shown in Canadian Dollars
